Lifelong Residents
We exist to protect animals who fall through the cracks.
We rescue, reunite, rehome, and provide lifelong refuge for cats and dogs who are lost, abandoned, surrendered, or left without safe options. While reunification and adoption are always the goal, we recognize that not every animal can return home or be placed again. For those animals, we become their forever sanctuary.
Founded on compassion, responsibility, and realism, JUMR Foundation was created to offer more than temporary rescue. We focus on long term care, stability, and dignity for animals who need ongoing support due to age, trauma, medical needs, or circumstances beyond their control.
Our work includes:
• Emergency rescue and intake
• Reuniting lost pets with their families
• Ethical rehoming and adoption support
• Permanent sanctuary care for animals who cannot be rehomed
• Medical treatment, rehabilitation, and daily enrichment
We operate with transparency and intention, partnering with individuals, fosters, veterinarians, and community supporters to ensure every animal receives consistent, compassionate care. Every decision we make centers on safety, quality of life, and doing what is truly in the best interest of the animal.
We are more than a rescue. This is a commitment to lifelong safety, dignity, and care.
Cats & Dogs Saved

CATS & DOGS RESCUE SANCTUARY

Our community shelters and rescues are overwhelmed, leaving abandoned, lost, and surrendered pets with nowhere safe to go. JUMR Foundation is building a permanent, home like animal sanctuary to bridge that gap and provide real, long term solutions.
We are raising $150,000 in startup funds to secure land and unlock construction financing for a 2500+ sq ft sanctuary on a minimum of 2 acres, with a preference for 5-10 acres. These funds support land acquisition, loans, closing costs, and site readiness needed to move forward with construction.
The JUMR Sanctuary will be a fully fenced, low stress environment designed for safety, dignity, and long term care. Planned features include temperature controlled indoor and outdoor spaces for cats and dogs, medical and recovery areas, advanced sanitation systems, modern security technology, solar power, and rainwater collection and filtration systems.
The sanctuary will support the community by accepting at risk animals when shelters are full, reuniting lost pets with families, supporting ethical rehoming, and providing lifelong sanctuary for animals who cannot be placed. A dedicated rescue and transport van will allow for emergency pickups, veterinary transport, and rapid response when animals need help most.
Construction is planned to begin in mid 2026, with doors expected to open in late 2026, currently targeted for November 14, 2026, pending land acquisition and permitting.
Your support helps create a modern, sustainable sanctuary where animals are protected, respected, and never abandoned again.
The JUMR Sanctuary is not just a place for animals. It is a solution for people too.

Community Testimonies
“I’ve watched JUMR Foundation show up again and again for lost and abandoned animals in our area. Whether it’s reuniting pets with families or stepping in when no one else can, they don’t turn animals away. Our community desperately needs this kind of care and consistency.”
— Michael T., West Metro Atlanta
“When I found a scared, injured cat wandering my neighborhood, I had no idea what to do. JUMR Foundation stepped in immediately, helped get the cat medical care, and kept the community updated every step of the way. It was clear this wasn’t just a rescue, it was real commitment and compassion.”
— Angela R., Douglas County
